Christian Leadership Courses:

Earth Worship and recent changes in Canadian Laws:
There has been an increased interest among the elites of Canada in Eastern Mysticism and Earth worship. Canadian laws, which have been written down decades ago based on the Judeo–Christian ethos, have undergone radical changes. The student is introduced into the entire context to find out for himself as to what happens to Leaders and Leadership in the country when the foundational core values are shaken.

The Spirit of Leadership:
Within each of us lies the potential to be an effective leader. Natural leadership qualities are lying dormant within human beings. With this burden at the centre of this course, Spirit of leadership introduces the student to the profound theme of DOMINATION as seen in Genesis 1:26-28 using the Godgiven potential.

Philosophy of Leadership:
The philosophy of Christian Leadership is based on selfless service of others. The Love of Jesus is at the heart of this course. This course introduces the student to the contemporary leadership and issues involved. It examines and explores biblical and secular definitions of leadership, various issues in leadership style and the role of Christian ministry leaders.

St. Pauls’ Epistle to Galatians:
A Christian can’t afford to nurse any sense of bondage to legalism, as such a mind set defeats the very purpose of God to lead His servant to function in the society as the “salt of the earth”. An analytical study of the book of Galatians introduces the student to the complete liberty he can have in the Grace of Christ. Freed from the spirit of legalism, Christ’s servant can impact the world around him through effective leadership.

The Laws of Leadership:
“It takes time to become a leader. While a few people appear to be born leaders, the ability to lead is actually a collection of skills, nearly all of which can be learned and sharpened” Dr. John C. Maxwell provides students with a great resource to help them maximize their leadership skills and potential.

A Critical Study of Pauline Method in Crisis Management:
Through an analytical study of the book of Corinthians, the student is introduced to Apostle Paul’s method of managing the problems that arose in the church. The relevance of applying time-tested and proven theological principles is at the heart of this course in conflict management.

Nehemiah: A role model for a Christian Leader:
Nehemiah is portrayed as a role model for Christian Leadership. The student, through a critical study of the text, is introduced to Nehemiah’s vision and calling, the need to share vision and getting others involved in materializing the goals, and the need to maintain quality leadership in severe crisis.

Moses: A Leader Who Trained Leaders:
This course surveys how Moses, a fugitive from Pharaoh’s justice, a murderer and a man who presented every excuse why he should not be considered for leadership, became the greatest lawgiver in history. This study includes an analysis of the training of Moses, his leaders, their placement and their interrelationships with the church today. This is, therefore, a very practical course for ministers and leaders.

Systematic Theology:
The contemporary philosophy of pragmatism demands that faith must not go beyond setting up a working hypothesis; it must never be postulated as something that is absolute since everything is in a state of flux. The liberal theologian maintains that it is unwarranted to formulate any absolute and final views about God and objective theological truth. This course introduces the student to the indispensability of holding on to the evangelical scholarship of maintaining the inerrancy of the Scriptures and the vital truths God has revealed to humankind for their betterment.

Ministerial Ethics and Critical Issues:
Situational ethics and humanist philosophy are at the basis of modern culture, which contradict Biblical revelations. This course is designed to equip the student to evaluate and interpret issues in the light of God’s Objective Truth claims and take decisions accordingly.
