Tenets of Faith

Canada Christian College Faculty, Staff and Student body adheres strictly to the following

Tenets of Faith. For you to be accepted as a student at the College it is mandatory that you

agree with these Tenets of Faith, being willing at all times to defend them, and sign to that

effect with your signature.

• I believe that both the Old and New Testaments constitute the divinely inspired Word of

God, which is inerrant.

• I believe in one God existing eternally in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

• I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became man without ceasing to be

God, in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful mankind.

• I believe that the Holy Spirit came forth from the Father and the Son to convict the world

of sin, of righteousness, and of judgement, and to regenerate, sanctify, comfort and seal,

those who believe in Jesus Christ.

• I believe that mankind is totally depraved in that of itself is unable to remedy their lost

condition.

• I believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to mankind by grace and received by personal

faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose atoning blood was shed on the cross for the

forgiveness of sins.

• I believe in the water baptism of believers, symbolizing the believers union in the death

and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

• I believe in the observance of the Lordís Supper, commemorating the sacrifice of our

Saviour for all mankind.

• I believe the life of the believer is to be separated from the world by consistent conduct

before God and mankind, and is to be in the world as life-giving light.

• I believe in the personal, visible and bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Statement for Admission

By signing this Application I understand that:

1. I have agreed to the Tenets of Faith

2. I verify that I have answered the questions to the best of my knowledge.

3. I will work diligently and in harmony with my Professors and peers during my studies

at the College

4. I will remain active in my local church

5. I will live my life in such a manner as is becoming a student of Canada Christian

College and as a true Ambassador of Jesus Christ

6. I will remain true to my financial commitment for the full payment of the tuition fees.

7. I have agreed to the College Standards.
